Terms of Use

Prepero is provided by Brandon Bondig, Danmark. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Give an email address you can actually reach.
• Look after your password. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person.

Prepero is for keeping track of birthdays and gifts. You may not:

• Use the app for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
• Store sensitive information about other people in your notes — health, religion, political views, sexuality and the like do not belong here.
• Try to reach other people's data, or work around the app's security.
• Scrape data, place undue load on the service, or try to make it unavailable to others.

You are responsible for what you enter — including the information about the people you add as contacts.

You keep ownership of everything you put in. You grant us only the access needed to run the service: to store it, show it back to you, and show what you have chosen to share with your friends. We do not use it for anything else.

Prepero is provided as is. We do not promise that the service will always be available, free of faults, or that it will keep your data forever. We do our best, but you should not rely on the app as the only place for something you cannot afford to lose.

We may change or retire features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can get your information out.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings. Everything goes at once — see the privacy policy.

We may close an account used in breach of these terms. Where it is possible, we will say so first.

Prepero is a free service. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

Danish law applies and disputes are heard by the Danish courts. As a consumer you may always bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
